If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, we are here to help.

About subscriptions

  • Please keep in mind that after canceling, you'll have limited access to Meet Extension features.
  • Most subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.
  • We do not refund for the unused features, or for any reasons related to lack of functional features, the technical capabilities.
  • Monthly billing cycle plans are not refundable.
  • We do not refund after your trial ends.

Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund:

  • If you subscribed to annual Meet Extension Premium plan, You may be eligible to claim a refund (14 calendar days notice for cancellation). First month not refundable, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original payment method) within 30 calendar days of your purchase. You will receive the money minus the commission of our payment partner PayPro Global and country value added tax (VAT).
  • If you subscribed to annual Meet Extension Basic plan, You may be eligible to claim a refund (14 calendar days notice for cancellation). First month not refundable, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original payment method) within 30 calendar days of your purchase. You will receive the money minus the commission of our payment partner PayPro Global and country value added tax (VAT).

**Important** refund requests outside of the cancellation process are not eligible for a refund.
