Refund Policy

This policy is effective as of May 13, 2024.

If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, we are here to assist you.

Please note that upon cancellation, your access to Meet Extension features will be limited.
Most subscriptions automatically renew unless explicitly canceled.
We do not offer refunds for unused features or due to functional or technical issues.
Monthly billing cycle plans are non-refundable.
No refunds are provided after the trial period ends.

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

If you subscribed to the annual Meet Extension Premium plan: You may claim a refund with a 14-day notice of cancellation. The first month's payment is non-refundable. Refunds will be initiated within 30 calendar days to your original payment method, minus PayPro Global's commission and applicable VAT.
If you subscribed to the annual Meet Extension Basic plan: You may claim a refund with a 14-day notice of cancellation. The first month's payment is non-refundable. Refunds will be initiated within 30 calendar days to your original payment method, minus PayPro Global's commission and applicable VAT.

Important: Refund requests outside of the cancellation process are not eligible for a refund.
